不沾鍋煎出脆皮甜筒



材料:低筋麵粉125g、香草粉0.6g、奶油125g、蛋白125g、糖粉125g、鹽0.6g

做法:先讓奶油軟化,把低筋麵粉、香草粉、糖粉用過篩器打入調理盆中,再把蛋白、奶油、鹽倒入盆中,用攪拌器慢速打均勻即可,再來準備一個不沾鍋先熱鍋溫度約100度,再­取適量的麵糊放入鍋中,麵糊會軟化以繞圓圈方式形成一張餅皮,讓火慢慢煎乾成焦黃狀即可,再把餅皮小心取出捲成甜筒狀放涼即可定型,之後再密封起來才不會軟化,這樣就完成­脆皮甜筒。
